Larry A. Dastolfo – Canonsburg

Larry A. Dastolfo, 81, of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, at his home. Born in North Charleroi on Aug. 24, 1939, he was the son of the late Alexander and Josephine Duronio Dastolfo. Larry was retired from Douglas Aircraft, where he worked as a press operator. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during peacetime on the U.S.S. Intrepid. He was Catholic by faith. Larry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by a nephew, David (Amy) Prentice of Wilmington, N.C.; great-niece and great-nephew, Tara and Seth Prentice; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Prentice. Receiving of friends and family will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, at LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A blessing service will be held Monday, Nov. 9, 2020. Please refer to the funeral home’s website for time of blessing service.
