Frances Gillock – Belle Vernon

Frances Gillock, 80, of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020, in Mon Valley Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was born Oct. 20, 1940, in Charleroi, daughter of Charles Moore and Jenny Moore. She is survived by her son, Eugene Gillock and wife Nicole of Belle Vernon; grandson, Cody Gillock and girlfriend Courtney; granddaughter, Ashley Gillock; brother, Charles Moore and wife Barb; three sisters, Patty Saniga and husband Steve, Billie Young and husband Ted and Rosie Falise and husband Bruce; sister and brother-in-law, Geraldine and Tom Weldon; brother and sister-in-law, Vernon and Julie Gillock; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Eugene “Frog” Gillock. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020, at ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main St., Fayette City, www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2020, in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Washbaugh officiating. Interment will follow in St. Timothy’s Cemetery, Smithton, Pa. Masks must be worn and social distancing must be followed.
