• Clairton — 5 to 6 p.m. treats at the city building; 6 to 8 p.m. city—wide trick or treat.

• Elizabeth Borough — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

• Elizabeth Township — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31; (parade is canceled.)

• Forward Township — 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31; (trunk or treat canceled.)

• Glassport — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

• Jefferson Hills — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

• McKeesport — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

• Pleasant Hills — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

• Port Vue — 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31

Westmoreland County
• Monessen — Trunk—or—treat at City Park, 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 31; attendees will drive through the park while candy is distributed from decorated trunks/vehicles. City—wide trick or treat follows from 4 to 6 p.m.

• North Belle Vernon — 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 31

• Rostraver Township — 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 31; Inaugural Rostraver Township Goblin Hunt at the DiVirgilio Sports Complex, 1 p.m. Oct. 31

• West Newton — 2 to 5 p.m. Oct. 31

Halloween parades

Allegheny County
• Elizabeth Borough – 7 p.m. Oct. 26; lineup at 6:30 p.m. Social distancing and masks required. Plum Street from Water Street to Second Avenue will be the lineup area . Rain date will be Oct. 29 same times.

Fayette County
• Brownsville — 7 p.m. Oct. 31; lineup at 6:30 p.m. in front of South Brownsville VFD, 530 Water St.

Washington County
• Allenport — 3 p.m. Oct. 31; lineup at 2 p.m. at the borough building parking lot.

• California — 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28; lineup 6 p.m. at the public library. There is no rain date.

• Charleroi – Canceled

• Monongahela – 6:30 p.m., Oct. 28; lineup 6 p.m. at Chess Park. There will be no judging of floats or costumes; treat bags will be given to costumed children walking in the parade.

• Roscoe/Elco — 2 p.m. Oct. 31; lineup begins at 1 p.m. with registration at Elco Civic Center.

• Stockdale — 12:30 p.m. Oct. 31; lineup begins at noon at the corner of Bow and Franklin streets

Westmoreland County
• North Belle Vernon – 1 p.m. Oct. 31; lineup at 12:30 p.m. on Short Street by Southwest Regional Police Department
