Mary Diane Ercegovich – Charleroi

Mary Diane Ercegovich, 78, of Charleroi, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020. Born on Sept. 18, 1942, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Buchak. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association and had worked as a cosmetologist for Blair’s Salon, as a seamstress for Charland and most recently was the activity director for Havencrest. She also ran various sign language programs and had a love for painting and watching hockey and Pitt basketball. She is survived by her son, Dane (Brenda Wineland) Ercegovich of Charleroi; close friends, Kim Davis and Ruth Dera; several cousins; and her two parakeets. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her ex-husband, Joseph Ercegovich Jr.; and her maternal grandparents, Michael and Mary Papsun. Per Mary Diane’s wishes, there will be no services.
