Mary Ann Hefner – Rostraver Township

Mary Ann Hefner, 77, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2020. Born in North Charleroi on Nov. 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Ralph J. and Mary C. Brown Staley. Mary Ann was a member of Webster United Methodist Church. She was a hairdresser for 45 years, and upon her retirement she owned and operated Cash & More in Uniontown. She will be greatly missed by her husband, George W. Hefner; daughter, Lisa Ann (David) Fedrick of Rostraver; granddaughter, Chelsea Lauren Fedrick of Rostraver; siblings, Ralph (Beverly) Staley of Rostraver and Karen Turda of Monongahela; stepdaughters, Germaine Barb (Andy Krivacic) and Charmaine Ramirez, both of Ohio; stepgrandchild, Tomika (Dustin) James; step greatgrandchildren, Devon and Payton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rick Staley. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Sandra E. Fitzgibbons officiating. Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery. Everyone attending the visitation and services must wear a mask and practice social distancing. Only 25 people are permitted in the funeral home at a time.
