William Wade Phillips – Monongahela

William “Bill” Wade Phillips, 53, passed away on Sept. 29, 2020, at his home in Monongahela, one day short of his 54th birthday. The son of the late John Zerby Phillips and Elaine Wade Phillips, Bill was born on Sept. 30, 1966. Bill was a graduate of Ringgold High School, Class of 1984. He is survived by cousins, Mark Wollenberg (Jaci) of Reno, Nev., and Reverends Robert and Jean Wollenberg of Decatur, Ill. Other extended family includes Margaret Medva, JoEtta McLaughlin, Edwards McLaughlin and Susan Brown, all of Beaver; Lynn Smith of Pittsburgh, Emily McLaughlin of New York and Ellen Ardery of Lorton, Va. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no public viewing and a family memorial service will be held at a later date.
