Vincenzo Amendola Jr. 65, of Pittsburgh, died on Sunday Oct. 4, 2020, in his residence. Born in Monessen on March 2, 1955, he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Rita Pilla Amendola. He retired from his job in the food industry as general manager. He was a Monessen High School graduate and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Academy. He is survived by his wife, Amy Kardish Amendola; son, Vincent Daniel Amendola; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Ben Iannacchione; three grandchildren, Salvatore Vincenzo, Sonny Michael and Luciana Rose Iannacchione; two sisters, Louise Stringa of Monessen and Linda Santo of Vanderbuilt; and by numerous nieces and nephews and people who loved him. A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at North Park Lodge, 5000 North Ridge Lane, Gibsonia, PA 15044. THE ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME has been entrusted with the arrangements.
