Anna L. DeRentis Ford – formerly of Fayette City

Anna L. DeRentis Ford, 95, formerly of Fayette City, died Monday, Sept. 28, 2020, in Greenery Center. She was born in Newell on March 31, 1925, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Margaret Anninio DeRentis. Mrs. Ford was a 1945 graduate of Monessen High School, had been a resident of Fayette City since 1952 and attended First Christian Church. She had worked at the former Dependable Sales in Monessen. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah A. Henson; grandson, Ethan Weber; and by nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald B. Ford; two brothers, Rocco and Ralph DeRentis; and by two sisters, Connie Mackey and Florence DeRentis. Friends will be received at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The service will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wayne Boring officiating. Interment will follow in Rehoboth Cemetery.
