Ronald K. Micenko – Monongahela

Ronald K. Micenko, 78, of Monongahela, died Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020, in the Uniontown Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. He was born May 24, 1942, in New Eagle, the son of Michael and Dorothy Mae Kiefer Micenko. Ron was a 1960 graduate of Monongahela High School and a U.S. Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. A draftsman, he retired after 20 years from McGraw-Edison in Canonsburg, where he was employed until its closing. He enjoyed fishing in his younger years. He is survived by two sisters, Michaelette Malena and husband Albert of Monongahela, and Betty Lynn Martin and husband Gary of Finleyville; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnn Lois Micenko. A private funeral service will be held in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
