Carol Buszinski, 76, of Charleroi, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2020. Born on March 1, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Stella Moa-shan. She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi, and was a graduate of Charleroi High School in 1962. She was an avid euchre player and was involved in several card clubs. She enjoyed babysitting for relatives and friends, bowling and traveling the country with her late husband, Walter Buszinski. Carol is survived by her sons, John (Margie) Buszinski of Cedar Park, Texas, and Jeff (Cynthia) Buszinski of Pleasant Hills; grandchildren, Jason (Rachael) Buszinski, Ashley Buszinski and Joshua and Daniel Francis; sisters, Elanor Rohal, Bernice Kammenar, Helen Tebbets and Joan Deutsch; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by siblings Veronica, Joe and Jim. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020, at  CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2020, in St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Ave., Charleroi, with interment following in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends are asked to report directly to the church on Friday. Mask and social distancing guidelines must be followed at the funeral home and church.
