Emil T. Totura Jr., 62, of Carroll Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020. Born Jan. 8, 1958, in Monongahela, he was the son of the late Emil T. Totura Sr. and Lois Coughenour Totura. Emil was a 1976 graduate of Ringgold High School. He owned The Outhouse Bar and Blaine Hill Barbeque in Monongahela for 35 years. Emil was a generous and caring friend, loved golfing, had a passion for automotive restoration and was the proud owner of many beloved German shepherds. Surviving are his wife, Linda Totura, whom he married April 29, 1987; daughter, Lexie (Michael) Hudek of Pittsburgh; son, Eliott T. Totura of Chicago, Ill.; sisters, Ellen (Dennis) Durka of Donora, Patricia (Dennis) Shawley of Rostraver Township and Joanne (James) Gray of Boca Raton, Fla.; many nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Mika. Due to the current public health crisis, masks and social distancing guidelines must be followed. Friends will be received at MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, marshallmarrafuneralhome.com, from 5 to 8 p.m Monday, Aug. 24. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, with the Rev. Josh Green officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in Emil’s honor be made to Life Changing Service Dogs for Veterans, www.padogsforvets.org.
