Telegdy leads Warriors

The Mon Valley Independent Senior Swing has given area graduates the opportunity to play one more “season” before heading off to college. However, it also gives coaches the opportunity to see some of the young talent coming up for the 2021 season.
One of those young newcomers is Warriors Fast Pitch pitcher Shelby Telegdy who helped her team not only on the mound but at the plate in a 2-0 win over Jaguars FP in the Red Division.
Telegdy, a rising freshman at Elizabeth Forward, shut down the Jaguars allowing only three hits. At the plate, she slammed two solo home runs. The first one came in the fourth inning and was a pitch about eye level.
