Sandra A. Halinka, 66, of Rostraver Township, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 29, 2020. A daughter of the late William H. and Charlotte Doyle Kramer, she was born in North Charleroi on Nov. 6, 1953. Sandra has been a resident of Rostraver Township for the past 30 years. She was a member of the former Baptist church in Monessen and loved going to the casinos, especially Seneca Allegheny and Las Vegas. Sandra played softball for Rostraver in the Mon Valley Women’s League and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. She was known for the best chocolate chip cookies. She had worked for the former Brookvale Sewing Factory and Toy City in Roscoe. She is survived by her husband, Jack T. Halinka, whom she has been with for 51 years, 46 years married; two sisters and brothers in-law, Bonnie (Philip) Shetterly of Perryopolis and Tracy (William) Molnar of Fayette City; two brothers and a sister in-law, William H. (Mary Lou) Kramer of Belle Vernon and James Kramer of Fayette City; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Marsha Halinka of Maryland; numerous nieces and nephews; and her puppy, Winter Rose. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Lloyd Halinka. She is walking in heaven with her beloved pets, Rocky, Casey and Jordan. Private services will be held for the family.
