Evelyn ‘Effie’ Kubis Exler – Finleyville

Evelyn “Effie” Kubis Exler, 83, of Finleyville, maintained her independence at home with care from her loving family. She is survived by daughters, Angie (Sam) Quattrone, Joyce Quattrone and Renee (Kurt) Speicher; grandchildren, Brittany (Mitchell) Pankiewicz, Cassidy (Jordan) Fowler and Cole Quattrone; and great-grandchildren, Mason and Michael Pankiewicz and Kennedy Fowler. She is also survived by her 100-year-old sister, Helen Liker of Michigan; many nieces and nephews; and former husband, Bob Exler of Bethel Park. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Susan McGuire, John, Paul, Andy, Anne Hackinson, Margaret Roberts, Mary Jane Piccolo, Mildred Lenik and Joey. Evelyn graduated from Snowden High School, was a proud homemaker and worked 13 years at Ridgepointe PCH. She enjoyed casinos and was an avid bingo player. Memorial contributions can be made to her favorite: Broughton VFD, 1030 Cochran Mill Rd., Pittsburgh, PA, 15236. A celebration of Evelyn’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to PITTSBURGH CREMATION AND FUNERAL CARE, Robinson Township.
