Running in honor of Officer Provins

Submitted Florida resident Zechariah Cartledge, 11, ran a mile carrying the Blue Line American Flag Monday to honor Jefferson Hills police Officer Dale Provins, who died Saturday after being involved in a two-car collision June 3. To honor fallen first responders across the country, Cartledge started the Running 4 Heroes nonprofit organization in 2019. To date, he has run more than 524 miles and raised more than $50,000.
