Harold Jack ‘Casey’ Coulter – North Belle Vernon
Harold Jack “Casey” Coulter, 90, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020, at Highlands Hospital, Connellsville. Born March 20, 1930, in Charleroi, he was the son of the late Harold M. and Susan Shemo Coulter. A resident of North Belle Vernon for the past 40 years, Mr. Coulter was a member of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church and was retired from Combustion Engineering, where he worked as a machinist. Casey was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in the Korean War, was a lifetime member of Moose Lodge No. 209 of Belle Vernon and Belle Vernon American Legion Post No. 659, served many years on the board of directors of the Charleroi Elks Club and enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife, Martha E. Black Coulter, to whom he was married for 30 years; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Kim and Leonard Heino of Speers; nieces and nephews, Melinda Lucas of Papillion, Neb., Celissa and Bob Dorsey of Texas, Laura and Frank Tilocco of Chordon, Ohio, and Truman A. and Terri Burch of Lexington, Neb.; favorite cousin, G. Robert and Paulette Kirby of Struthers, Ohio; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley A. and Jim Cooper of Papillion, Neb.; grandson, Jason Koslosky; several great-nieces and great-nephews; dear friend, Gloria Yuschak of Fayette City; and pet dog, Candi. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert “Tex” Coulter; and his pet dog, Patches. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations with Pastor Eugene Spear, retired pastor of Char-Belle Free Methodist Church officiating. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
