Mark A. Pellegrini – Monongahela

Mark A. Pellegrini, 52, of Monongahela, died Friday, May 22, 2020, in his home. Born April 12, 1968, in Charleroi, he is the son of Dennis J. Pellegrini of Monongahela and the late Carol Bisacky Pellegrini, who died July 29, 2012. After graduating from Ringgold High School in 1986, Mark attended Duff’s Business School in Pittsburgh for accounting. He worked at the former Polycom-Huntsman in Donora and was currently working for Magiski Masonry as a bricklayer. Mark was Catholic by faith. He loved to hunt and fish and was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan. He always looked forward to celebrating birthdays with his brothers and cooking out for the holidays with his family. A member of the Slovak Club in Monongahela, Mark liked to play guitar and had belonged to numerous pool leagues around the Valley. In addition to his dad, he is survived by his wife, Debra Flint Pellegrini; two sons, Nicholas (Jamie) Simon of Dunlevy and Mark Pellegrini II (Dana Rosenberry) of Monongahela; and daughter, Danielle Daube of Monongahela; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Michael and Traci Pellegrini of West Mifflin and Marty Pellegrini of Monongahela; his granddaughter, Emma Simon; a niece, Amber Pellegrini; his father-in-law, Daniel “Babo” Flint Sr.; his mother-in-law, Thelma Flint of Monongahela; three brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and good friends. Memorial donations are being accepted on behalf of his son, Mark Pellegrini II, to help with college funds. Due to the restrictions, a private funeral was held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, followed by interment in Monongahela Cemetery.
