Raymond ‘Razor’ Vitori II – Charleroi, Fallowfield Township

Raymond “Razor” Vitori II, 47, of Charleroi, Fallowfield Township, our beloved husband, father, son, brother and our best friend passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Born in McKeesport on Nov. 8, 1972, he was a son of Raymond J. Vitori and the late Julia Hunt Vitori who recently passed away this past Mother’s Day. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Vincent “Mr. V” Vitori, who was the principal of Charleroi Area High School until his passing. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Cindy J. Galterio Vitori; one son, Samuel “Joey” Vitori; one brother, Edwin “Buddy” Younkin of Donora; his father, Raymond (Karen) Vitori of Apache Junction, Ariz.; an uncle, Joe Lord of Blythedale; and numerous loving cousins. Raymond had two very special nieces, Amber Lynn Younkin (Steve) Myers and her children, Ridley and Reddik of Smithfield and Jessica (Andrew) Rogish and her children Andrew “Drew” and Alec, also from Smithfield. Also left to cherish his memory is his aunt Catherine “Cathy” (William) “Bud” Spinner of Canonsburg; sisters-in-law Susan (Robert) Fine of Grindstone, Samantha Galterio of New Salem, Julia (Victor) Repa and family and Melanie Vitori Dougherty of Butler; brothers-in-law, Kirby (Barbara) Nash and family of New Salem and George Nash of S.C.; also many other relatives. Raymond had many special friends that include Mark Proctor and Lori Corso of Donora, as well as the “Blythedale Gang,” who were his friends since childhood and numerous other friends. Raymond was a member of Phi Kappa Sigma. He also worked as a laborer for Local Union No. 1058 for many years. Raymond was known for being a kind-hearted, loving man who was always able to bring joy, laughter and smiles to anyone that was in his presence. Raymond loved and cherished his wife and son, as well as his mother and father and brothers. He will be deeply missed. Raymond, Dad, this is not goodbye, it’s see you later alligator, after while crocodile. We will love, cherish, remember, pray for you and keep you in our hearts forever until we meet again in heaven! Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Donora, PA, 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, May 22, 2020. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home at noon on Friday, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 12:30 p.m. at the Donora campus of St. Andrew the Apostle parish. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township. Washington County has entered the “yellow phase.” In order to be compliant with the new “norm,” attendance will be limited to 25 people at any given time. Guests are asked to obey social distancing guidelines and personal protection guidelines within the funeral home. Guests are asked to keep visiting time to under 5 minutes. Thank you.
