Norma Jean Petitto, 89, of Greensburg, formerly of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, May 17, 2020, in Walnut Ridge Memory Care. Born in Du-quesne on Jan. 2, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Wanda Jaskulski Meczyenski. A homemaker, Norma was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver Township and had attended Holy Family Church in West Newton. She was very generous in contributing to the United Way and Catholic Charities. She loved playing cards and, at one time, was a member of several local card clubs. She is survived by her sons, Joseph A. (Janet) Petitto of Woodbridge, Va., and Ronald D. (Colleen) Petitto of Charleroi; daughter, Lorraine (David) Young of Daniels, W.Va.; and grandsons, Jared E. Petitto and David Young III. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ilvino J. Petitto, on May 5, 2013. Private family visitation was held Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, followed a funeral Mass at Church of St. Anne with the Rev. James F. Bump presiding and interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
