Ronald J. Sutovich – Monessen

Ronald J. Sutovich, 77, of Monessen, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020, in Jefferson Hospital. Ron was born in New Eagle, a son of the late of Nick and Zella Kachmarik Sutovich. Ron graduated from Monessen High School with the Class of 1960. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1960-1966. He retired from Laborers’ Union Local No. 373 after 52 years of service. Ron was a member of the National Rifle Association and the American Legion. Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Maxine “TuTu” Farnsworth Sutovich; sisters-in-law, Barbara Farnsworth of Monessen and Kay Bergmark of Peters Township; a special niece, Wendy and her children, Zoe and Rezon; his brother, Nick and wife Wilma Sutovich of Harrisburg; and numerous other family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Sutovich; brothers, Mark Sutovich and Edward Sutovich; and his brother-in-law, William Bergmark. Private funeral services were entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen. Burial took place in Monongahela Cemetery.
