Donna R. Miller Bove – New Eagle

Donna R. Miller Bove, 77, of New Eagle, died Wednesday, April 15, 2020, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Born June 17, 1942, in New Eagle, she was the daughter of Raymond M. and Diana “Dee” L. Miller. After her graduation in 1960 from Monongahela High School, she attended Robert Morris Business School in Pittsburgh. She enjoyed playing cards with her friends in various card clubs around the area and knitting in her spare time. For many years, Donna was the secretary for the New Eagle Sewage Authority until her retirement. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Bethany Bove of Carroll Township and Robert Bove of Belle Vernon; five grandchildren, Bailee, Rylee, Nico, Roman and Gianni Bove; and a sister-in-law, Cindy Miller of New Eagle. Preceding her in death were her husband, Anthony P. Bove, who died Sept. 14, 2010; a daughter, Toni Rae Zemba, who died Feb. 6, 2016, and a brother, David “Mud” Miller. Due to COVID-19, a private family funeral was held on Monday, April 20, 2020, at MARSHALL MARRA FUNERAL HOME, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, followed by interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
