Roth L. Bellora – Monessen

Roth L. Bellora, 92, of Monessen, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020, in Mon Valley Care Center. He was born on Nov. 15, 1927, in Monessen, the son of the late Lawrence and Bessie Perlinger Bellora. Roth was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1945 graduate of Monessen High School. He retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., having worked in the shipping department at the Allenport plant. Roth served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army. Surviving are his three children, Robert L. “Robbie” (Cindy) Bellora of Rostraver Township, Evie (Stanley) Matinsky of Monessen, Laurie (Linwood) Rudolph of Wardensville, W.Va.; five grandchildren, Brian (Kelly) Matinsky, Shawn (Carly Smith) Bellora, Haley Bellora, Jessica Bellora, Julia Bellora; six great-grandchildren; and a niece, Diane Bellora. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Eva Parashchak Bellora; a son, Stephen “Steve” W. Bellora; and his twin brother, Lawrence Bellora. Due to the pandemic, private services were held in DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Entombment followed in Mon Valley Memorial Park Mausoleum, Donora. Condolences accepted for the family at www.dalfonso-billick.com.
