Mary Ann Pascoe

Monongahela

Mary Ann Pascoe, 93, of Monongahela, died March 21, 2020, at Country Meadows Assisted Living, Bridgeville. She was born Feb. 21, 1927, in Monongahela, the youngest daughter of Frank and Domenica Pinco Belli. At a young age, Mary Ann learned to make raviolis at her uncle’s Roma Restaurant in Monongahela. Over the years, she continued and shared her delicious raviolis throughout the Monongahela area, making dozens upon dozens of raviolis and being known by her family as the “Ravioli Queen of the Mon Valley.” Her cooking abilities also poured over to making gnocchis for many years for Angelo’s Restaurant in Monongahela. Mary Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was a faithful member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Monongahela. She is survived by two sons, Frank (Mary Signorini) Pascoe of Palm Harbor, Fla., and Jeffrey (Mary Lou Venanzi) Pascoe of South Fayette Township; daughter, Andrea Pascoe-Conteen of South Park; eight grandchildren, Anthony (Libby) Pascoe, Amanda (Noah) Streib, Carissa (Jason) Larkin, Angela (Anthony) Ferguson, Brittney Pascoe, Vincent Conteen and Matthew and Valerie Tokar; and seven great grandchildren, Peter, Henry, Felix, Augustine, Josephine, Jae and Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Pascoe, who died Aug. 20, 1985; a daughter, Margaret Ann Pascoe Tokar; a son-in-law, James Conteen; her brother, Andrew Belli; and two sisters, Anne Venturini and Cantita “Connie” Toninec. Due to health and safety concerns associated with the coronavirus outbreak, her family has decided to have a Mass of Christian burial at a later date. Information will be updated on when services will be held. Mary Ann’s family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bridges Hospice either electronically to www.bridgeshealth.org/donate or donations can be mailed to Bridges Hospice, 515 Pleasant Valley Road, Trafford, PA 15085. FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., Monongahela is in charge of the arrangements. On behalf of the Pascoe family, thank you for your sympathies and understanding.
