William R. Ryan Jr., 40 of Donora, died Friday, March 4, 2020. Born Aug. 5, 1979, in Monongahela, he is the son of Cindy Radabaugh Ryan of Donora and the late William R. “Goober” Ryan Sr. A 1997 graduate of Ringgold High School, Bill worked construction as a cement finisher and brick layer and enjoyed lifting weights and working out. Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughter, Lacey Marie Ryan of Jefferson borough; a brother, James Ryan of Van Voorhis; and a nephew, Corey James Ryan. Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, James A. and Marian D. Carr Radabaugh; his paternal grandfather, Bill Ryan; a niece, Kylie Ryan, who died as an infant; along with several aunts and uncles.
