Ken Hillman was sworn in Tuesday as the newest Carroll Township supervisor. He was selected to fill the seat left vacant when James “Don” Harrison died Jan. 25.
Hillman has served on the Carroll Township Sewage Authority board for 10 years and has been chairman of the board for three years.
Carroll Township Board Chairman Thomas Rapp said Hillman brings many good things to the table.
“He was very instrumental in negotiating the dual contract between the Carroll and Monongahela Sewage Authorities,” Rapp said.
Hillman said he is focusing on the next two years.
