Elizabeth Township commissioners on Monday discussed the future of the township-owned “Chapel Drive property.”
Commissioners Andrew Kuzma, Rich Algeri, Robert Rhoderick, Dan Poirier and President Kyle Walk passed a motion to advertise for bids to see how much it would cost to install dog park fencing on the property.
Commissioner Joanne Beckowitz was absent. Board Vice President Dr. Bart Rocco voted no.
The motion came after Kuzma said he reached out to local corporations to see if they would be willing to sponsor or give grants for the creation of a dog park.
