Donora
Betty L. Sinclair, 88, of Donora, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Transitions Healthcare, Washington, Pa., with her loving family by her side. She was born in Washington, Pa., on June 14, 1931, a daughter of the late Grover and Doris Link Ross. Mrs. Sinclair attended Calvary Bible Church in Charleroi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Sinclair, on March 18, 1987; one son, Thomas M. Sinclair on Nov. 12, 1990; a son-in-law, Kim Suppo, on March 5, 1997; and her brother, Charles D. Ross Sr. on June 13, 2013. She is survived by three children, James (Tammy) Sinclair of Victory Hill, Terri (Scott) Johnson of St. Joseph, Minn., and Holly Jean Suppo of Donora; grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, Alex Johnson, Deanna Sinclair, Kayla (Andy) Wolney, Jade (Josh) DeVore and Jared Suppo; and great-grandchildren, Lucas, Makenzie, Tyler and Alaina. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, Pa., 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2020. A service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2020, with Pastor Glenn Sanders officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Reading is FUNdamental Pittsburgh, 10 Children’s Way No. 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, in Mrs. Sinclair’s name.
