Marie A. Sickles, 93, of Monessen, died Saturday Feb. 29, 2020, in Mon Valley Care Center. She was born on June 14, 1926, in Monessen, the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa Altomare Dominico. Mrs. Sickles was a life long resident of Monessen, a 1944 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church. She is survived by her son, Frank C. (Marsha) Sickles of Fallowfield Township; a grandson, Clinton Michael (Megan) Sickles of Fallowfield Township; a granddaughter, Crystal Marie Sickles of Carnegie; a great-grandson, Nicholas Sickles; a sister, Betty Nash of Monessen; a sister-in-law, Lois Dominico of Levittown; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl S. Sickles, in 1988; and by her brother, Carmen Dominico. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held beginning with a 11:30 a.m. blessing Thursday, March 5, in the funeral home, followed by a noon funeral Mass at Epiphany of Our Lord Church.
