Charleroi
Cecelia E. “Bay” Lowe, 81, of Charleroi, passed away on Friday, Feb. 14, 2020. Born on Dec. 10, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Elvin and Cecelia Hurley Harger. She was Catholic by faith and had worked as a caregiver at area nursing homes. She is survived by a daughter, Mary “Becky” Lowe, of Dunlevy; sons, Donald T. Lowe of Fallowfield Township and Dean (Peggy) Lowe, of Dunlevy; grandchildren, Ryan Tuman, and Kurtis, Donald, Derek, Aimee, Kristyn, Mia and Dominic Lowe; great-grandchildren, Cecelia, Jaylee, Trinity, Baylee, Kameryn, Amilia, Aynsleigh, Gianna, Tessa, Sophia and Santino; brothers, Dennis and Neil Harger; sister, Vivian Hammit; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donald A. Lowe; sisters, Marian Murray, Regina Lape and Eleanor Caruso; and brothers, Buzzy and Glenn Harger. Per Cecelia’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION, Charleroi, Joseph A. Lopez, funeral director.
