Jacqueline “Jackie” L. Seroka, 90, of Monessen, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 in Mon Valley Care Center. She was born on Aug. 9, 1929, in Monessen, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Lombardo Minardi. Jackie was a lifelong resident of Monessen, a 1947 graduate of Monessen High School, and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church. She was a beautician having worked at the former Elizabeth’s Hair Salon in Monessen. Jackie loved to travel and enjoyed attending all the meetings and functions with the Italian-American Heritage Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Seroka; an infant son, Philip; a brother, Albert Minardi; nieces Deneen Minardi and Aubrey Sullenberger; and great-nephew Aaron Minardi. She is survived by her nephews and nieces, Chris A. (Joyce Balough) Minardi, Edward (Beth) Minardi, John Torbor, Joseph Brozinski, Robert Warbutton, Deanne Nogy, Joann Kustra, Rosalie Brozinski; sisters-in-law, Betty Minardi, Dolores Warbutton and Beverly Seroka; great-nieces and great-nephews, Breane Minardi, Shelby Minardi, Crystal Gray, Diane Thurston, Michelle Brozinski Loar, Kimberly Siwula, Joseph Seroka, Donald Seroka, Blaine Sullenberger and Sean Panek. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. A Blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14 in the funeral home with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating. Interment will follow in St. Hyacinth’s Cemetery, Monessen.
