Daniel A. Weckoski, 66, of Monessen passed away at home Friday Jan. 31, 2020, with his loving family at his side. He was born Feb. 22, 1953, in North Charleroi, the son of the late Mitchell and Marcia Donaldson Weckoski. Dan worked as a crane operator at the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and later for Skyway Cleaning Company. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Monessen. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Denise R. Bailey Weckoski; a son, Brian (Sarah) Mason of West Elizabeth; a daughter, Kara (Matthew) Land of Rostraver Township.; a brother, Barry Weckoski of Cypress, Calif.; a sister, Deborah (Thomas) Guerra of Long Branch; his mother-in-law, Caroline Bailey of Monessen; a sister-in-law, Lisa Bailey of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren, Brian and Macie Mason and Danica and Mattee Land; five nieces, Brooke (Chad) Ustazewski, Lauren (Dustin) Frankie, Rebecca Bailey, Blair (Tony) Pent and Marcy Guerra; and by several great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Christopher Thomas Guerra; his father-in-law, William Bailey Jr.; and his brother-in-law, William K. Bailey. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held beginning with a noon Blessing service Tuesday, followed by a 12:30 p.m. Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston officiating.
