Eleanor Marie Zettle – Gibsonia, formerly of Monongahela

Eleanor Marie Zettle, 87, of Gibsonia, formerly of Monongahela, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, in St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Gibsonia. She was born Jan. 27, 1932 in Monongahela, the daughter of Frank and Margaret Elias Zettle. Eleanor had resided in Gibsonia for the past 20 years and was a retired stenographer. She is survived by her sister, Gloria Doban and husband Paul Teske; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion of 37 years, Thomas W. Hartman, Sr. who died Oct. 4, 2000; her brother, Frank Zettle; and sister, Viola Hyde. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, 2020, in the Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora. The FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W.
