Elizabeth Forward unleashed an all-out aerial assault on senior night Tuesday and Ringgold was on the receiving end of the long-range charge.

The Warriors hit 15 3-pointers on 22 attempts (68%) en route to a 80-65 win over the Rams, pulling into fourth place and a potential playoff spot in Section 3-4A.

“We needed this one. It’s a huge win for us,” EF head coach Matt Loftis said. “We  have lost so many close games, I think with the exception of the Uniontown game, we’ve lost by an average of five points per game. This was a big win for us in the standings and confidence-wise.”

Zach Boyd hit five from behind the arc to finish with 15 points and Pat Filson hit four and went 3 for 3 from the line when he was fouled during an attempt. He finished with 15 points.
