Nancy J. Comadena, 74, of Monongahela, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, in Dunlevy Manor. She was born July 8, 1945, in New Eagle, the daughter of Donald W. and June E. Keenan Gault. Nancy was a 1963 graduate of Monongahela High School. A homemaker who had a love for dogs and enjoyed watching movies, she is survived by two nieces, Tomilee Gault and Rosann Brown and husband Bill; sister-in-law, Joyce Gault of Monongahela; aunt, Pat Keenan of New Jersey; dear friend and neighbor, Sally Phillips; and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Comadena, who died March 15, 2006; and her brother, Thomas L. Gault, who died Oct. 15, 1999. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 West Main St., Monongahela, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, with the Rev. Mark Woomer officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330.
