Kay F. Bradley – Rostraver Township

Kay F. Bradley, 77, of Rostraver Township, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 20, 2020, in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. A daughter of the late Howard K. and Mary Wilson Garner, she was born in Clairton on March 10, 1942. A resident of Rostraver Township since 1981, she was formerly of New Stanton. Kay was a very active member of the Christian Center Church of Rostraver. If there was ever a need at the church, Kay was there to fulfill it. She had been an elementary teacher’s aide, worked as a home health aide for Alzheimer’s patients and had worked at a women’s shelter. She had a love for the beach and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Pastor Arthur Bradley; two daughters, Lisa Miller of Dawson and Denice Bradley Hopper of Wilmington, N.C.; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Andra Cain of Bethel Park; a sister, Jackie M. McCormick of Elizabeth; two brothers, Kent Lee Garner of Ohio and Don Garner of New Bern, N.C.; and seven grandchildren, Lawra, Lindzey, Lee Ryan and Billy, Brittnee, Aimee and Sommer Skye. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, “Sis” King and a brother, Robert Garner. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at Christian Center Church, 130 Charity Lane, Rostraver. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. in Christian Center Church on Friday, Jan. 24, with pastors Timothy Burgan, Mike Hough, and Gary Snodgrass officiating. Burial will be in West Newton Cemetery.
