Louis L Behanna, 74, of Donora, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Township. He was born on March 23, 1945 the son of the late Charles Behanna and the late Vivian Behanna. Lou was a veteran of Vietnam serving with the 630th Transportation Division. He was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious achievement in ground operations against hostile forces during the period of September 1968 to July 1969 in the Republic of Vietnam. Louis was a loving and devoted husband, dad and pappy. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandi Splude Behanna; two sons, Dennis Regula and his wife Tammy of Ruffsdale, and Jason Regula of Greensburg; five grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica, Amanda, Daniel and Jaylynn; and a great-grandson, Lonnie. Arrangements are being handled by ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted at the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service Inc. at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020, with the Rev. Mark Schollaert officiating.
