Minerva Mucy – Carroll Township
Minerva Mucy, 86, of Carroll Township, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Township. She was born July 6, 1933, in North Charleroi, daughter of the late Michael Assad and the late Ann Zacour Assad. Minerva had a real love of art. She was an accomplished artist and had many paintings displayed and sold through the various art clubs she belonged to. Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 64 years, Daniel Mucy Sr.; two sons, Daniel M. Mucy Jr. of Belle Vernon and Glenn E. Mucy of Carroll Township; and two brothers, Cyril Assad of Oakmont and Alan Assad of Carroll Township. Arrangements are being handled by ANTHONY L.
