Marion E. Jackman, 85, of Baden, formerly of Donora, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at UPMC Passavant, Cranberry. Marion was born Dec. 6, 1934, in Donora, the daughter of the late Joseph C. Miller and the late Sophie V. Harmon Miller. She was a member of St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Jackman, on June 12, 2001; a sister, Margaret Adamson; a brother, Joseph Miller; and a nephew. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Joe Jackman of Raleigh, N.C., Jeff (Angela) Jackman of Summerfield, N.C., and Jennifer (Todd) Edmiston of Latrobe; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Lindsey) Jackman of Greensboro, N.C., Nicole Jackman of Concord, N.C., Amanda Jackman of Summerfield, N.C., and Brian Jackman of Haddonfield, N.J.; a brother, Rick (Karen) Miller of Land O’Lakes, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Mary Miller of Denville, N.J.; 11 nieces and nephews; and dear friends Rose Ferrara of Monessen, Frances Reeves of Charleroi, Arlene Sieg of Baden, Rose Jelinek of New Brighton and Paul and Elizabeth Olshenske of Baden. Arrangements are being handled by ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at the Donora campus of St. Andrew the Apostle parish.
