Rena D. Pacy Altamare, 91, of Donora, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, in Cambridge Hillside Senior Living, North Charleroi. She was born in Donora on Jan. 23, 1928, a daughter of the late Primo and Dolores Bachetti Pacy. She performed in Showboat for 23 years, a senior citizen production that benefited the Meals on Wheels program in the Valley. She had a real passion for oil painting and singing and excelled at both. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert V. Altamare, on March 26, 2013; two sons, Mark Altamare and Luke Altamare; and a sister, Eugenia Guerra. She is survived by three children, Jan Altamare, Robin (Daniel) Mulkern, and Rona Crow; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Primo (Rose) Pacy and Ronald (Ace) Pacy; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L.
