Norma Ann Reale – Monongahela

Norma Ann Reale, 85, of Monongahela, died peacefully in her home on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. She was born April 6, 1934 in Carroll Township, the daughter of Peter and Catherine Koscoe Micheli. Norma was a 1952 graduate of Monongahela High School and a member of St. Damien of Molokai Church (St. Anthony’s) of Monongahela. For several years, she was formerly employed as a secretary at Combustion Engineering in East Monongahela and was also a teacher’s aide for the Intermediate Unit in the Mon Valley area. Norma enjoyed doing things around the house, such as cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Janice and husband Lon Trumpie of Bunola; son, Eric and wife Emily Reale of Alpharetta, Ga.; four grandchildren, Melissa, Petie, Anjolie and Ian. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Reale, who died Jan. 31, 2019; son, Brian Peter Reale, who died Jan. 10, 1987; and a  brother, Raymond Micheli. Immediate family, friends and neighbors are invited to attend visitations from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 W. Main St., Monongahela, where a blessing service will take place at 11 a.m. Inurnment will be private in the Monongahela Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the McGuire Memorial Foundation, P.O. Box 48, New Brighton, PA 15066 or to St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
