Joseph Thomas Robinson – Monessen

Joseph Thomas Robinson, 52, of Monessen, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019, at his home. He was born on Dec. 26, 1966, in Bronx, N.Y., the son of the late Gene Davis and Marlene Robinson. He enjoyed watching sports and coaching. He coached youth sports for more than 20 years. His greatest accomplishments were his children. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Gwendolyn Robinson and Tanya Williamson. Surviving are his three sons and four daughters, Jamarr Dates of Washington, Pa., Juwan Mull of Uniontown, Passion Harrison of Monessen, Esther “Precious” Brown of Landover, Md., Rashaia Day of Washington, Pa., Jarell Dates of Washington, Pa., and Joelle Robinson of Canonsburg; four grandchildren, Mas’e Smith, Chavas Rawlins Jr., A’Marrah Dates and Jay’Vian Mull; two brothers, Charles Robinson and Troy (Torri) Robinson; three sisters, Lovell (Frank) Griffth, Orrie Watson and Katrina Robinson; and by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in Newness of Life Ministries, 489 McKee Ave., Monessen, with services immediately following at 1 p.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.
