Albert Oscar Austin, 63, of Monessen, went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 29, 2019. He was born in Charleroi on May 31, 1956, a son of the late Oscar Austin and Jennie Perozzi Austin, who survives. Albert had a deep relationship with the Lord and was a helpful friend and family member to many. He was preceded in death by his father. Surviving besides his mother are three children, April, Justin and Seth; a brother, Frank and wife Cheryl Austin; a sister, Linda Austin Baker; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd., Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, with Father Michael Crookston officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery of Monessen.
