Diane Raible of Paws Across Pittsburgh animal rescue is on a mission to prove that dogs with disabilities and/or specialized medical conditions “deserve to be loved on and they deserve hugs and kisses.”

Diane and Paws Across Pittsburgh are introducing a new program that aims to rescue, rehabilitate and find loving homes for animals with disabilities and specialized medical conditions.

Diane said  Dolly, a 2-year-old spaniel mix who lives with her in White Oak, inspired the creation of the new program that has been dubbed “Dolly’s Dogs.”

If she could verbalize, Diane said Dolly would probably tell you nothing can stop her from living life to the fullest each and every day.
