A McKeesport woman has been charged with theft after police say they found stolen makeup items hidden in her underwear.

Marlee Champine, 19, of McKeesport was charged with one count each of retail theft, possessing instruments of crime and criminal conspiracy after an alleged incident Wednesday, police said.

According to a criminal complaint for the case, White Oak police were called to the Rite Aid at 1236 Long Run Road for a retail theft in progress. Officers were directed to a female who was leaving the store, and allegedly found a tube of mascara inside her left sleeve.

She wasn’t charged, but according to the affidavit, officers were told there was another woman involved in the theft, and they located Champine sitting in the passenger seat of a car.
