Etro “Art” Angelo, 91, of North Charleroi, passed away on Dec. 16, 2019. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was retired from the Charleroi Borough Street Department. He is survived by fianceé, Virgie Kuhns; and grandchildren, Megan Majewski and Zachary Eckels. He was predeceased by parents, Alex and Rose; wife, Juanita; son, Arthur; grandson, Dolan; and several siblings. Funeral services were private. Arrangements by CARL J.
