Paulette Joyce Lowther – Monessen

Paulette Joyce Lowther, 66, of Monessen, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019, in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc. She was born on April 10, 1953 in North Charleroi, the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Petro Hanak. Paulette was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1971 graduate of Monessen High School. She was involved with several churches over the years and most recently with The Living Room in Webster. Paulette was active as a volunteer assisting several organizations. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Paulette loved baking this time of the year making Christmas cookies. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Lowther Sr.; a son, Jason Lowther; and by her brother, Richard Hanak. She is survived by her two sons, Bruce (Apryl) Lowther Jr. of West Newton, Brian Lowther of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren, Bruce J. Lowther, Bailey Lowther, Cristian Lowther, Natalee Lowther; and by several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen, from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Henry Frain, pastor of The Living Room.
