Helen Marie Sinko Brown – Rostraver Township

Helen Marie Sinko Brown, 91, of Rostraver Township, died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019. Born in Van Voorhis on Sept. 28, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Baltous and Margaret Sinko. Helen was a long-time member of Fells United Methodist Church and was currently attending Journey by Grace Church. She loved bowling and playing bridge. She is survived by her sons, Clayton (Wendy) Brown and Clinton (Pam) Brown; daughters, Danette (Peter) Stankovich and Cathleen Gallagher; grandchildren, J. D. Krasonic, C. C. Raffaelli, Devin Brown, Sean Gallagher and Colin Gallagher; great-grandchild, Logan Raffaelli; brother, Joseph (Lynn) Sinko; and sister, Mary (Fred) Pierce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Donald Brown; son, David C. Brown; and grandson, Danny Krasonic. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with Tom Ravasio, associate pastor at Journey by Grace Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Fells Cemetery.
