A well-known McKeesport area real state agent was recently recognized by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services for his commitment, not only to running the Wilson Baum Howard Hanna Agency, but for his acts of philanthropy and community service in and around the Tube City.

Robert “Bob” Baum, 83, of Elizabeth Township is a McKeesport native. He was recently given the Anne F. Hanna Legacy Award for the Pittsburgh region. The award is presented bi-annually at the Howard Hanna convention to several agents, managers or employees who have a high record of service to their families, their communities and to the Howard Hanna company.

The late Anne Freyvogel Hanna was the wife of the company’s namesake and founder and was a well-known philanthropist in Pittsburgh. She died in 2015 at age 81.

Bob Baum was nominated for the award by his son and co-worker, Craig Wilson Baum.
