Elizabeth Forward senior Ethan Cain will trade his red and black for crimson and gold next year.

Cain recently signed his national letter of intent to continue his academic and wrestling careers at nationally-ranked Seton Hill University.

A season ago, the Griffins, who are led by eighth-year coach Brian Tucker, sent four wrestlers to the national tournament with one returning as an All-American. They also had six wrestlers named to the All-Academic wrestling team.

“I can’t say enough about coach Tucker and the program he has built at Seton Hill,” Cain said. “Gannon University came very close for me. It essentially came down to academics and money, as both wrestling programs were great and well-coached. It was very tough but I’m extremely happy with the decision I made.”
