PTA craft and vendor show set

By Mon Valley Independent

The Monessen PTA will host its biannual craft and vendor show Dec. 8 with roughly 30 vendors on hand just in time for the holiday season.

Crafters, vendors and food will be available and for sale in the Monessen High School cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This marks the first year for the holiday-themed show, though the PTA put on a craft and vendor event this past spring. The spring show was held at the Civic Center, but the holiday show will take place at the high school.

Organizer and PTA member Lynnsi Premoshis said the location switch is a welcome one because the cafeteria has more parking and is more conveniently located.

Premoshis said there will be a mix of corporate vendors and local crafters. Twenty-two vendors are signed up, she said, and more are expected to be added.
